Option C is correct.
If scientists could locate it and extract its DNA from the hair follicle /root still attached to it then definitely in coming 50 years it is possible to clone Einstein from the lock of hair but it is not possible to clone an individual from the extracted DNA of an embryo in early stage for the development of others individual to produce identical offspring in a surrogate mother without zygote formation.
