Assertion is clearly correct. All gases are not ideal gases.
Reason is also correct. According to the kinetic theory of gases, the interaction force between the molecules can be ignored. But, there is another point to be noted. The kinetic theory also states that the size of the molecules is negligible. So, we can't ignore this fact when accounting for non-ideal behaviour.
So, assertion and reason both are correct, but the reason is not a correct explanation of the assertion.
