MY PROBLEM
I am agree that both are correct but I think reason is not the explanation of assertion. Beacause reason given is different from assertion. See, reason is saying about importance and responsibilities of CNS and assertion is about connectivity of body parts and CNS.
Tell me if I am wrong then where and what I am missing here.
