Exponent of 11 in 1000! is [100011]+[1000112]=90+8=98
Exponent of 11 in 500! is
[50011]+[500112]=45+4=49.
Thus, exponent of 11 in (1000C500) is 0.
(1000C500) is not divisible by 11.
