The correct option is A Both Assertion and Reason are correct and Reason is the correct explanation for Assertion
If, two bodies are in thermal equilibrium, they have same temperature.

By zeroth law of thermodynamics, if System A and B are in thermal equilibrium with C, then A and B are also in thermal equilibrium with each other.
Because heat flows naturally from body of higher temperature to the body of lower temperature till both attains the same temperature.
So both the Assertion and Reason are correct and Reason correctly explains the Assertion.
