Here the events are dependent.
For event A, always the rupee coin shows heads.
For event, B, the two coins show different faces.
It means, the 50 paise coin should show tail because from event A, the one rupee coin shows head always.
It means that event B depends on event A.
So, the events A and B are dependent.
