In first excitation of ground state,
n1=1 and n2=2
In Bohr's model,
ΔE=(13.6ev)22[1n211n22]
Here, ΔE=(13.6)(3)2[1114]
ΔE=(13.6)9×34=91.8eV
So, first excitation energy for ground state in Li++ is 91.8eV
