Given,
Length of the treeLength of trees shadow=constant=1.2 ...[ 1 ]

Let the height of the flag pole be hfp.
Given, Length of flag pole's shadow =12 m

Using the relation in equation 1, we have
Length of the treeLength of trees shadow=Length of the flag poleLength of flag poles shadow=constant=1.2

hfp12=1.2

hfp=1.2×12=14.4 m

Hence, the correct answer is OPTION B.
