As per the question, we have to find out if G is a negative integer or a positive integer.

As we can see from the above figure point G lies below 0 on the number line.

8 lies above 0 on the number line. So, anything above 0 is positive and anything below 0 is negative.

$\therefore$ G is a negative integer.
