As we can clearly see from the number line. 8 lies above 0 on the vertical number line.

Therefore any number above 0 on the vertical number line is a positive integer and any number below 0 will be a negative integer.

Now, as the distance from 0 to the points below it increases on the vertical number line, its value will decrease.

E is farthest away from 0 and is below 0 on the vertical number line.

Hence, E has the least value among the points that are marked on the number line.
