Yes, it is possible to reduce the problems relating to disposal of garbage to a large extent.

By adopting the following measures, problems related to garbage disposal can be reduced:

• Garbage should be disposed only at appropriate places and not everywhere like parks, roads, and streets.
• Reusable/recyclable garbage should be separated before final disposal of the garbage so as to reduce the volume of garbage.

• Reduce: Reducing the amount of waste we generate by using a minimum amount of resources to fulfill our requirements.

• Reuse: Making use of reusable things again and again until they become obsolete instead of disposing them.

• Recycle: Recyclable garbage can be sent for recycling and can be used again instead of disposing them.
