10p+10=100 $\Rightarrow$ 10p+10 – 10=100-10 [Subtracting10 from both sides]
$\Rightarrow$ 10p = 90 $\Rightarrow \frac{10p}{10}=\frac{90}{10}$ [Dividing both sides by 10]
$\Rightarrow$ p = 9
