The correct option is C 6 : 1
We know,
Income for 2 months = ₹ 12000
Income for 1 month = $\frac{12000}{2} = ₹ 6000$

$∴$ Monthly income = ₹ 6000
We know, Monthly savings = ₹ 1000

Required ratio = 6000 : 1000 $\Rightarrow$ 6 : 1
