$b_{1}$ = 9 cm, $h_{1}$ = 5 cm.

Base and height of $t r i a n g l e_{2}$ ,
$b_{2}$ = 10 cm, $h_{2}$ = 6 cm.

Area of a triangle
$= \frac{1}{2} \times b \times h$

Ratio of areas of the triangles
$= \frac{b_{1} h_{1}}{b_{2} h_{2}}$
$= \frac{9 \times 5}{10 \times 6}$

$= \frac{3}{4}$
