Answer is D.
Archimedes principle says that when an object is immersed in a liquid the apparent loss of weight of an object is equal to the upthrust and this is also equal to the weight of the liquid displaced.
In this case, blocks A,B,C and D displace 20mL,5mL,16mL and 25mL of water respectively, when immersed completely.
Therefore, the block D displaces the maximum amount of water and so it is block D that will undergo maximum apparent loss in weight.
