Any Three types of leadership are:

1. Authoritative leadership: It is a type of leadership where the leader exercises complete control over the leaders and centralizes power to himself. Also known as autocratic leadership.

2. Participative ieadership: In this type of leadership the leader takes decision in consultation of the employees and delegates and decentralizes the authority equally to all level. Also known as democrative leadership.

3. Laissez Faire leadership: In this type of leadership, the leader avoids power and give complete delegation of authority in the hands of the employees to take decision. Also known as Free- rein leadership.
