$\Rightarrow$ 80% of cost price = Rs 40 $\Rightarrow$ Cost price of = Rs 50
To get 20% profit it, selling price of 45 lemons = 50$\times$1.2 = Rs 60
$\frac{24}{60}=\frac{x}{45}\Rightarrow x=24\times \frac{45}{60}=18$
