C.P = 1200+200 = 1400

gain % = 10 %

gain % = $\frac{S.P-C.P}{C.P}\times 100$

$10=\frac{S.P\times 1400}{1400}\times 100$

$140=S.P-1400$

$\Rightarrow S.P=1400+140=Rs1540$

$\therefore S.P=Rs1540$
