gain$=12$%

$SP=448$

$448=x\left(1+\frac{12}{100}\right)$

$448=\frac{112}{100}x$

$x=\frac{448\times 100}{112}=400$

$CP=400$

Given if discount $=88$rs.

Then,

$SP=400-88=312$

$loss$%=$\frac{88\times 100}{400}=22\%$
