For the first situation,
Loss % $=\frac{C.P.-S.P.}{C.P.}\times 100=25$
$=>C.P.-225=0.25C.P.$
$=>0.75C.P.=225$
$C.P.=Rs300$

So, when $S.P.=Rs360,$ there is a profit as $S.P.>C.P$
So, Profit % $=\frac{S.P.-C.P.}{C.P.}\times 100=\frac{360-300}{300}\times 100=20$ %
