Given: Weight of water in a tomato $= 90 %$ of the total weight of tomato.

Therefore,

Weight of water in $25 k g$ of tomato

$= 90 %$ of $25 k g$ (0.5 marks)

$= 90 % \times 25$

$= \frac{90}{100} \times 25$ (0.5 marks)

$= \frac{9 \times 25}{10} = \frac{225}{10} = 22.5 k g$ (0.5 marks)

Hence, the weight of water in $25 k g$ of tomato is $22.5 k g$ .
