Formula mass of K2CO3 = (Number of potassium atoms x atomic mass of potassium) + (Number of carbon atoms x atomic mass of carbon) + (Number of oxygen atoms x atomic mass of oxygen)

Formula mass of K2CO3 = 2×39+1×12+3×16

Formula mass of K2CO3 = 78+12+48=138g/mol

Hence, the formula mass of Potassium carbonate K2CO3 is 138g/mol
