frequency of photon for Paschen series is given as ν=cZ2R(191n2)

n is the orbital quantum number of excited state from where the electron is coming to 3rd state

to get the maximum value of ν take n
and put Z=1 for hydrogen and R=1.09×107( Rydberg Constant) with c=3×108 we get ν=3.7×1014Hz
