Potential energy=mgh=30×10×5=1500 JIf the object is allowed to fall then the kinetic energy just before it touche the ground is ,E=12mv2=mgh=1500 JAs the potential energy is totally converted in to the kinetic energy when the body/ object is about to touch the ground .
