According to equation

$(P + \frac{a n^{2}}{V^{2}}) (V - n b) = n R T$

$(P + \frac{(15)^{2} \times 0.2107}{(12)^{2}}) (12 - 15 \times 0.0171) = 15 \times 0.0821 \times (273 + 30)$

$P = 31.4 \approx 31 a t m$
