Solution

The correct option is A Female Anopheles mosquito

Carrier of malaria-causing protozoan is s female Anopheles mosquito.
Malaria is a mosquito-borne infectious disease which is transmitted by an infected mosquito carrying a parasitic protozoan.
When this mosquito bites a healthy person, the parasite is released into the bloodstream and then reaches to liver for thier maturation. After several days, the mature parasites enter the bloodstream and begin to infect the red blood cells (RBCs). Within 48-72 hours, the parasites begin to multiply causing the infected cells to burst open.
The parasites continue to infect inside the RBCs, resulting in symptoms such as fever, tiredness, vomiting and headache.
