Oxidation of ferrous ammonium sulphate by $$KMnO_{4}$$ is:
$$2KMnO_{4} + 8H_{2}SO_{4} + 10Fe_{2}(SO_{4})_{3} + 10(NH_{4})_{2} SO_{4} + 68H_{2}O$$
$$\therefore 1\ mole$$ of $$FeSO_{4}(NH_{4})_{2}SO_{4} \cdot 6H_{2}O$$ consumes $$1/5$$ mole of $$KMnO_{4}$$.
$$Fe^{2+} + Ce^{4+} \rightarrow Fe^{3+} + Ce^{3+}$$
