We know that

Chain,nuclear or skeleton isomerism: This type of isomerism ariese due to the difference in the nature of the carbon chain(i.e straight or branched) which forms the nucleus of the molecule.

Here we can see that,all the options (A) and (B) have same molecular formula. But molecular formula of (C) is different. Therefore (C) cannot br isomer. But in option (A) ,only the position of O||C is changing not the nature of carbon chain.
