Intially, Charlie had two whole pizzas.

The part of one pizza he shares with his sister$=\frac{2}{5}=\frac{2\times 20}{5\times 20}=\frac{40}{100}=0.4$

The part of other pizza he shares to his brother$=\frac{13}{25}=\frac{13\times 4}{25\times 4}=\frac{52}{100}=0.52$

The part of pizza left with Charlie is $(1-0.4)+(1-0.52)=2-0.4-0.52$

Step 1: $2-0.4\Rightarrow$

Step 2: $1.6-0.52\Rightarrow$
$\Rightarrow 2-0.4-0.52=1.08$
