Choose a proper fraction out of the following-
x − 3x2 + 3
According to the definition of a proper fraction, it is any rational algebraic function which has its degree of numerator less than the degree of denominator. In option A the degree of numerator is 2 whereas the degree of denominator is 1. In option B degree of numerator is 3 and the degree of denominator is 2. In option C both in the numerator and in the denominator the degree is same. We can see that only in option D we have denominator degree more than the numerator degree.
