The seminiferous tubules of the testis open into the vasa efferentia through rete testis. The testicular straight tubules connect the seminiferous tubules with the rete testis. The vasa efferentia leaves the testis and open into the epididymis. The epididymis leads to vas deferens which receives the secretions from seminal vesicles, the prostate and bulbourethral gland, as it opens into the urethra.
