Conditions for geometrical isomers:
1) Free rotation must be restricted.
2) Both the terminals must be attached with different groups.
3) Terminals must not be in perpendicular planes.
In structure a, both the terminal ends are attached with different group and also have restricted rotation about double bond thus it will show geometrical isomerism.
option b, c, d violating condition 3 thus they will not show geometrical isomerism. hence, the correct answer is option (a).
