Classify acids on the basis of their ionisation and explain each of them with examples.

Based on ionisation, acids are classified into two types: strong acid and weak acid.

Strong Acids: - These are acids which ionize completely in water.

E.g. HCl,H2SO4,HNO3, etc.

Weak Acids :-These are acids which ionize partially in water.

E.g. CH3COOH,H2CO3,H3PO4,etc.
