Classify communication services into two categories ?Explain main features of each.

The communication service can be mass communication services or personal communication services.For mass communication the means used are TV,Internet,radio ,newspapers etc where as for the personal communication mobile,social network site's,letters etc are being used.The mass communication is for the masses which makes them aware about the things happening around where as the means of personal communication is related to single individual which maintains the privacy of the concerned.
