Resonance energy of CH3COOH is more compared to CH3COONa because the OH bond is covalent and ONa bond is ionic.
In IMAGE 01 resonance hybrid is IMAGE 02.
But in CH3COONa as shown in IMAGE 03
the resonance of CH3COONa the negative charge is more accumulated on oxygen. Hence, less resonance stablization.
CH3COONa has only carbonyl carbon resonance but CH3COOH has carboxylic acid resonance.
