Given x=a2+acosθ, y=a2+asinθ
xa2=acosθ (1)
and ya2=asinθ (2)
Squaring and adding equations (1) and (2)
(xa2)2+(ya2)2=a2cos2θ+a2sin2θ
(xa2)2+(ya2)2=a2

Check for (0,0)
(0a2)2+(0a2)2=a2
So, circle passes through the origin.

Check for (a2,a2)
(a2a2)2+(a2a2)2=a2+a222a2a2
