The correct option is C -10V
We get the equivalent resistance of all the resistors apart from

the 11Ω as 5Ω. This 5Ω and 11Ω are in series.
Hence equivalent resistance is
Req.=5Ω+11Ω=16Ω
Therefore current through circuit is
I=32V16Ω=2A
Applying KVL, we get
Va11×2+32Vb=0VaVb=10V
