Here,

XL=ωL=100×0.5=50 Ω

XC=1ωC=1100×200×106=50 Ω

The impedance is,

Z=R2+(XCXL)2

Z=202+(5050)2=20 Ω

Now,

I0=V0Z=520=14 A

So, the maximum voltage drop across the inductor is,

VL0=I0XL=14×50=12.5 V

Hence, option (C) is the correct answer.
