Given that f′′(x)=sec2x+4
Integrating on both sides, we get f(x)=(sec4x+4)dx

=sec2x(1+tan2x)dx+4x+c

=(sec2x+sec2xtan2x)dx+4x+c

=sec2x dx+sec2xtan2xdx+4x+c

=tanx+tan3x3+4x+c
substitute f(0)=0 we get c=0
