The correct option is A Shear reinforcement should be designed for 175 kN for beam P and the section for beam Q should be revised.
Beam P:

Vu=400kN

τv=Vubd=400×103400×750

=1.33N/mm2<τcmax=2.0N/mm2

Vus=(1.330.75)×400×750=175kN

Beam Q:

Vu=750kN

τv=750×103400×750

=2.5N/mm2>τcmax=2.0N/mm2

Not safe, hence section for beam Q should be revised.
