Construct a quadrilateral ABCD, when: A=90, AB = 4.6 cm, BC = 5.0 cm, AD = 6.0 cm and CD = 4.2 cm.

First draw a line segment AB=4.6 cm


Make angle 90 at point A

Open compass 5.00 cm and mark curve from point B on the angle line that cut at point D

Open compass 6.00 cm and mark curve from point A And an other curve from point D,4.2 cm these curves cut each other at point C

Join C and D

Then ABCD is the required quadrilateral.
