Construct a quadrilateral ABCD with AB=3 cm, BC=7 cm, CD=9 cm, CA=11 cm, BD=13 cm.

First draw a line segment BC=7 cm.
Open compass 9 cm and mark curve from point C.
Open compass 13 cm and mark curve from point B.
These curve cut each other at point D, then join B to D and C to D
Open compass 11 cm and mark curve from point C.
Open compass 3 cm and mark curve from point B.
These curve cut each other at point A, then join A to B and A to D
Hence, ABCD is the required quadrilateral.
