Steps of Construction:

1. For the rhombus ABCD, AB = BC = CD = DA = 4.5 cm. [Since all the sides of a rhombus are equal]
2. Diagonal AC = 6 cm.
3. First construct $\Delta ADC$ by SSS construction as shown.
4. With AC as base construct $\Delta ABC$. From A and C draw 2 arcs of lengths 4.5 cm each.
5. Let them intersect at point B. Join AB and BC. ABCD is the required rhombus.
