Construct a triangle PQR in which QR = 4.8 cm, Q = 45° and R = 55°.

Steps of construction:

(1) Draw a sufficiently long line segment using a ruler.

(2) Locate points Q and R on it such that PQ = 4.8 cm.

(3) Construct line segments QM such that MQR = 45°and RN such that NRQ = 55°, which intersect at point P.

Then, PQR is the required triangle.
