MORE is a parallelogram
$\Rightarrow$ OR = ME = 6 cm and RE = OM = 4.5 cm [Since opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal]

Steps of construction:

1. Construct \(\Delta QRE as shown in figure by SSS construction method.
2. From O drawt an arc of radius 4.5 cm. From E draw an arc of 6 cm radius. Mark the intersection point of the 2 arcs as point M.
3. Join OM and EM to complete parallelogram MORE.
