Since the transistor is acting like a diode
I1=Isexp[VBEVT]
Since both the transistors are matched
I1=I2=12=50mA2=25mA
25×103=1012exp[VBEVT]
V0=VBE=VTln(25×109)=26×103ln(25×109)
=0.6224V=622.49mV
