Assuming the two transistors to be perfectly matched with the value of reverse saturation current I1=1012A.VT=26mV and η=1. Then the value of output voltage V0 is equal to _____ mV.

Since the transistor is acting like a diode
I1=Isexp[VBEVT]
Since both the transistors are matched
I1=I2=12=50mA2=25mA
25×103=1012exp[VBEVT]
V0=VBE=VTln(25×109)=26×103ln(25×109)
=0.6224V=622.49mV
