Solution

The correct option is A Atherosclerosis
Coronary arteries are the arteries that supply and surround the heart. The blockage or narrowing of these arteries is called coronary artery disease or atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is caused by the deposition of calcium, fat, cholesterol and fibrous tissue due to which lumen of the arteries gets narrower. One of the major symptoms of coronary artery disease is the acute chest pain, pain in the lower jaw and arms region.

Coronary thrombosis is another name of heart attack. Any block in the coronary artery leads to a break in the supply of oxygenated blood to the heart causing heart attack.
Heart failure is the condition in which the heart is unable to pump blood to the different parts of the body.
