Given: ABPQ and ACRS are squares.
CAQ=BAQ+BAC
CAQ=BAC+90 (I)
BAS=BAC+CAS
BAS=BAC+90 (II)
From I and II,
CAQ=BAS ...(III)
In ACQ and ASB,
CAQ=BAS (From III)
AQ=AB (ABPQ is a square)
AC=AS (ACRS is a square)
Thus, ACQASB (SAS congruency)
Hence, CQ=BS (By cpct)
