The correct option is B 3:4
Magnetic field inside the solenoid near to its axis is given by

Bs=μ0nsis

From question, ns=3n; is=i

Bs=3μ0ni

And magnetic field produced by toroid inside the core of toroid is given by

Bt=μ0ntit

From question, nt=n; it=4i

Bt=4μ0ni

BsBt=3μ0ni4μ0ni=34

Therefore, option (b) is correct.
