The correct option is C 242 pm
According to De-Broglie relation:
λ=hmv---(i)
Mass of electron = 9.1×1031 kg
Velocity is 1% the speed of light
i.e v=c×1100=3×108×0.01=3×106m/s
Putting all the values in (i) gives,
λ=6.6×10349.1×1031×3×106
=0.242 m or
λ=242 pm.
